may showers bring may flowers?

I don't know what the weather has been like where you live, but it's been a rainy May here in OH.  We've become expert radar watchers, trying to find rain-free pockets of time to walk the dog.  Our hearts go out to those affected by the severe weather of the last few weeks.  I know times are tough, but if you can, consider making a donation to help out.  Here are some ideas from ABC News about organizations that are involved in relief efforts.

The rain has finally subsided, and we're enjoying the very happy, well-watered flowers in the garden.  Our front garden consists of roses, mostly, and they're in full-bloom.  We've even been able to bring some in to enjoy (always watch out for bugs, though!)
