after we took this picture, we (and by we, I mean he) finished adding the quarter-round trim and finally got a transition piece for around the tile in front of the door. Sunroom floor project complete! Check out these sunroom posts to see the transition from start to finish.
Compared to an electric baseboard heater, this fireplace is a huge improvement. I like that you only need to turn it on when you're in the room. I also like that it's on an outside wall, and therefore seems more realistic, even if it isn't real.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite is a wood-burning stove, followed by gas, then electric. A fireplace is a lovely way to create a focal point in a room.
