There's a reason I'm walking up and down the stairs a little more slowly today (and *no*, it doesn't have anything with my 'decade birthday' today, thank you very much!) We installed the new floor in the sunroom!
And in case you think the Mr. is the only one doing any work, here's proof that we're a DIY team. Pardon the awful phone camera pic, and the rather nasty looking lunch Handy Andy made for himself.
It's St. James laminate purchased from Lumber Liquidators (Brazilian Koa). We went with laminate instead of hardwood because we thought we were installing on top of concrete, but there was actually a subfloor underneath.
Oh well, we're happy with how it turned out. It took us a day and a half, not bad! We still need to do some trimwork, but here are some pre-tidying up photos for you to enjoy!
Here's an extra challenge for you--can you spot a difference between the last two pictures? It will give you a clue for what the next project may need to be in the sunroom...
